Refund Policy

1. Our Approach
At Mental Health Warrior, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our services and products. This policy outlines your rights and our commitments regarding refunds and returns. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Therapy Sessions
Unused Sessions
If you have purchased sessions and have not yet used them, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds for unused sessions will be processed back to your original payment method.
Partially Used Bundles
If you have used some sessions from a bundle and wish to return the remainder, a pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the per-session price of the bundle minus any sessions already attended.
Attended Sessions
Sessions that have been attended are not eligible for refund unless the session was unsatisfactory due to a clinician or technical error on our part.
3. Gift Sessions
Gift sessions that have not been redeemed may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided the recipient has not yet used or scheduled a session. Once a gift session has been redeemed or scheduled, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Please ensure recipient details are correct before purchasing, as we cannot redirect gift sessions after purchase.
4. Merchandise — Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for merchandise on the basis of change of mind. We encourage you to review sizing guides carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.
5. Merchandise — Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or materially different from what was described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a description and photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via our contact form with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used at purchase
- Order reference or confirmation number
- Reason for the refund request
- For merchandise: a photo of the item if faulty or damaged
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
