    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the Mental Health Warrior website and services (including purchasing therapy sessions, merchandise, or gift sessions), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

    2. Description of Services

    Mental Health Warrior provides access to text-based, video, and audio mental health counselling services delivered by qualified Australian clinicians. We also offer purpose-driven mental health apparel and gift session products. Our services are intended for general mental wellness support and are not a substitute for emergency psychiatric care.

    3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase sessions or products directly. Minors may receive services when a parent or legal guardian purchases sessions on their behalf and provides appropriate consent. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

    4. Purchasing Sessions

    Session purchases are processed through our secure payment provider (Stripe). Upon successful payment, sessions are allocated to your account. Sessions are non-transferable except where a Gift Session has been explicitly purchased for a named recipient. Pricing is displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is subject to change without notice.

    5. Gift Sessions

    Gift sessions are purchased for a named recipient and cannot be redirected to another person after purchase. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring recipient details (name, email, and mobile number) are accurate at the time of purchase. Mental Health Warrior is not liable for gift sessions sent to incorrect details provided by the purchaser.

    6. Merchandise

    All apparel and merchandise orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that become unavailable after purchase, with a full refund issued. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. For returns and refunds on merchandise, please refer to our Refund Policy.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Mental Health Warrior or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Mental Health Warrior is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

    We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
